Lineage lip mask dupe – w7

I’ve been using this lip balm (or sleeping mask) from w7 that’s a really good dupe for the Laneige lip sleeping mask. I’ve been using it for a few months now, so I feel I can give it a fair and just review.
w7 is a British brand at the lower end of price points; everything they produce is also vegan and cruelty-free.
What the brand says
w7 lip mask review – how it works
The instructions say to apply this before bed to wake up with soft, kissable lips (depends who’s doing the kissing here!).
The lip mask contains Vitamin E to help boost circulation and Aloe Vera to fight irritation and boost moisture.
Personally, I don’t use this as a lip sleeping mask, I’ve been using it as a lip balm throughout the day. As I say in my video (on this page), it’s been working for me when I have chapped lips that no other lip balm works for. I’ve been using the strawberry one but have just purchased the grapefruit one for my holiday.
Laneige lip mask dupe w7 review score
- Effectiveness 100%
- Feel on lips 95%
- Kindness to environment 85%
- Price 95%
I think this is a really good product as it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and lasts for at least a few hours when my lips are really chapped. In terms of eco-friendliness, the jar is glass but the outer & inner lids are plastic. Price point of £4.50 is perfect so can definitely recommend it!
